I'm feeling way more settled of late and just generally happier about being here, not feeling the stress of my life being turned upside down and the stress of moving now either. So finally feeling much better about being in Cairns. Can really start to enjoy this place now. I've had a pretty chilled but good few day, haven't really done anything spectacular. I've spent a lot of time in the lagoon, in the sun and also at work and just bombing around Cairns trying to sort out the little things that make life easy. Weather has been amazing the last week too, although apparently this weather is super odd for this time of year... so we're lucky I guess.
Figured I could also probably do with another job, I don't start work until 6pm everyday and I'm only doing about 25 hours. The money isn't really the major issue... It'd just be nice to have something to get out of bed for in a morning. I've become super lazy, can easily snuggle in bed everyday until noon... although I easily walk 4 miles a day without even trying. Feeling a lot fitter since I've been here. I think really I'm looking for a little more routine in my life at the moment, more money would be nice too... I'd love to have a car here, could go on so many adventures.
